Due to several factors, class schedules may vary. We like to have a minimum of 10 people for every class.

In every class we teach BLS. BLS is a little more in depth than CPR, but that means you will be more prepared. All classes are $75. Corporate/group rates vary.

Yes, CPR for infants (under 1 year old) and children (1-8 years old) requires different techniques, such as gentler compressions and modified rescue breaths.

It’s better to try than do nothing at all. Performing chest compressions, even if not perfect, can still help circulate blood and give the person a better chance of survival.

Yes, you can practice CPR techniques using CPR manikins or practice kits. However, attending a formal class provides essential feedback and correction from an instructor.

If you miss your scheduled class, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule you for a future session, subject to availability.

Yes, most certification classes include a hands-on skills test and a short written assessment to ensure you understand the material and can perform CPR effectively.

Wear comfortable clothing, as CPR practice involves kneeling and performing chest compressions. Avoid restrictive or formal clothing.
